Yup those lights are a pretty substantial price on there own,im not sure but i think Porsche lower prices for their models over ten years old.
Are they off a 993 or 964 anyone know?
I can see that the quality of the product will be a premier interest to all of us.
If may shift this thread to GROUP PURCHASES tomorrow where more will see it.

The light's and indicators are from the porsche 993.
And there the scheapest at porsche.

Hi,

Count me in for a group buy if anything comes up.

The RS2 front end looks like it provides a whole lot more airflow to the intercooler and engine bay.

I'd be happy with the Porsche indicators and a pair of those nice looking air intakes that replace the front fogs. I'd probably get a pair of those little round projector style spots to sit in the RS2 side grills, a bit like the ones in the A4 etc..

Are the indicators fitted to the RS2 Bumper the same as those used on the Cabrio's? And assuming the fog's from standard bumper fit the RS2 version too.

Dont quote me on it but i think they come straight off a Porsche 993 and only a 993.
I have a reply from one of the vendors i have emailed regarding the RS2 spoiler,who seem rather interested in selling more than just one spoiler per sitting.
Now is there anything anyone wants to add on how to proceed as i will probably ring him tomorrow,unless someone here has good sales buying patter?and wants to use their experience Paul? Mark? Greg?
All i really want from him is a price with and without lights for between 5-10 people,a chance to see one also to see if the quality is considered satisfactory between us.
Greg your meet late Aug would be an ideal time for this and to finalise it all.If this seems a long way off its as im not sure when, as group of people,we would be willing to actively go for a group buy,as in as soon as,or in a couple of months,im easy on this myself.

I have posted a POLL on the time that suits people for any possible RS2 bumper group purchase.If all interested could vote it would be a starter guideline.
I may leave contacting the vendor till i gather all the info on numbers interested and time period.
Then there will be the small matter of,if time periods dont tally as i suspect they might not,to set a final date,all assuming we even get a decent group discount etc etc.
On reflection several people may not have read this thread so i may have to move the poll to under group purchases.
How many here want the grill too?

I'm not sure if Paul N has decided on how to handle things like this yet, but for now can you start a discussion thread in GP?
