how do i attach a picture that is really big is it possible in some way

You could put it somewhere else on the web, if you have some available space, and link to it, or reduce it in Photoshop to a smaller size, or if you have problems, e-mail it to me and I'll reduce and post it for you.

i´ll try to reduce it in photoshop i have to learn to do this anyway

In Photoshop clik file, save for web, adjust image size to about say 800 wide, chose one of the medium quality compressions that you see, to give around 100k, name it and save it somewhere.
