  • Got my S2 Coupe mapped.

Since a lot of you have helped me throughout the years with my car it is not more than fair I share when I have some success.

Went to Jonus for a whole day mapping session and the results are in on E75:
    387 w-Hp & 537 w-Nm.
Approximately 480 ish Hp 640 Nm at the engine, as I was informed.

It was around 300 whp on E15 (or 98 octane petrol + a little ethanol if you like) if I remember correctly.

    What's the recipe you ask?

Well I've got most of the parts from this forum actually, thank you all for good deals!

    Engine:
AAN block rebuilt, line honed, honed cylinders, crank weighted and balanced.
    New rings
    OE pistons
    FCP Engineering x-rods
    ADU bearings
    10.9 main cap bolts
    7A flywheel
7A head overhauled & repurposed for ABY use
    ADU cams
    ADU cam sprocket
    ADU inlet manifold
    ADU exhaust manifold
ADU turbo with billet compressor wheel and cutback exhaust
    ARP head bolts
    Sachs organic race clutch
    880 cc injectors from Finjector
    TFSI coils
    Samco/Roose hoses
    Wagner evo1 intercooler
    044 pump relayed
    4 bar FPR
    MAC wgfv
    Tial Wastegate
    Billet sprocket at crank
    3 inch exhaust from turbo
MaxxECU with knock sensors, flex fuel sensor and fuel pressure sensor

The power is really intense coming from spring pressure and safe map for a long time.

Thank you all that has contributed on here!
You are too many to mention without the risk of forgetting someone.

It is really fast, going to take a while to get used to it / handle it.
The turbo comes from vidar skotheim here on S2Forum, really pleased.

Dyno graph below, and I see now that I remembered incorrectly. It is 386 whp and 537 wnm.

Nice results! Can you say turbo specs? I have original turbo with billet 54mm compressor in my rs2, but I have not driven it yet.

I don't have any specific details on the turbo, just that it is a RS2 turbo with billet wheel. Sorry.
If vidar skotheim sees this I'm sure he can give some specs on it.

Found this picture of it, standard ABY to the right:

                        Nice result !

Im impressed that the clutch is holding up, maybe beacuse the high tourqe comes in higher revs. Because the Sachs clutch is recommended at ~500nm?
Did you mill the 7a flywheel done a bit to avoid trigger errorsin MaxxECU or do you run with 60.2 trigger?

                          Thanks!

Yes, but it can handle more than 500 nm in practice.
I won't be doing any launches from stand still either so it should be fine for a while at least.

The 7A flywheel is turned flat on the backside so no errors from that.
