Since a lot of you have helped me throughout the years with my car it is not more than fair I share when I have some success.
Went to Jonus for a whole day mapping session and the results are in on E75:
387 w-Hp & 537 w-Nm.
Approximately 480 ish Hp 640 Nm at the engine, as I was informed.
It was around 300 whp on E15 (or 98 octane petrol + a little ethanol if you like) if I remember correctly.
What's the recipe you ask?

880 cc injectors from Finjector
TFSI coils
Samco/Roose hoses
Wagner evo1 intercooler
044 pump relayed
4 bar FPR
MAC wgfv
Tial Wastegate
Billet sprocket at crank
3 inch exhaust from turbo
MaxxECU with knock sensors, flex fuel sensor and fuel pressure sensor
The power is really intense coming from spring pressure and safe map for a long time.
