  • Some road tests RS2

    hello,
    today we went to a private road,for some tests with the greek audi sports club,and i was a part of it!We used the AX22(which uses GPS signal) and the Gtech equipment although they are known to not be that accurate(that was only available),and here are the results!
    0-100----> 5.86sec
    200m----> 9.48sec
    400m----> 14.39sec (speed:162.29Kms)
    60-160--> 10.9sec

    I still havent got around in having my car checked for the 2 leaks i have,water and oil (small ones,no putt made from them),and also the boost leak im hearing.
    The car produces 1.5bar until the 5500rpm or so mark and then drops to 1.2 to the red line in the last 3 gears

    My clutch smelled quite a bit from the second run,it still smells when i ride the car but the smell slowly goes away.I hope i havent done too much damage to the clutch... Gears go in nicely though and i have no slip....Actually how brutal can you get with these stock clutches???Mine was new,only around 4000Kms on it

    what do you guys think?
    cheers
    Vasilis

      How does the G-tech work on the car is it plug and play or does it have to be wired in?

        it uses power from the cigarette lighter.it uses some kind of data card that passes the results on the laptop there on

                it is not that expensive,i think it costs somewhat around 250GBP.But it is said that people that have done repeated tests with this one and the VBOX,it seems that the Gtech gives a +0.5 to +1sec in measurements.Judging from that i could say that im around 5sec the 0-100Km more or less...

                  correction,the Gtech doesnt use the GPS signal,the AX22 does.
