    Quattro MB

Well i made an epic journey this weekend to pick up my new pride and joy.

has its little niggles and body work isnt perfect, but i really intend to put my heart into it and fully restore it, will take a while and a lot of money, both of which i dont have in abundance, but i'll make it happen.
but it certainly puts a grin on my face.
    the noise is absolutely IMMENSE!!!!

Nothing like the sound of a 10valver, you'll never need to use the stereo
    Congratulations!

I totally agree with Newsh, you cant beat the off-beat burble of the 10 valve motor, The BBS's look rather good on her

The journey never ends, put a 20v init you will love it so much more. mine was a 10v now 20v, agreed it dont sound as good but the car is transformed.

Best of luck with the project.

Great choice of car. I think that car caught my attention a few times, looked to be a good price if it's the same one. I'm off to look at a MB at the weekend in London, so I might beat you on the distance thing, I'm in Aberdeen.

Enjoy the noise, like everyone says 10v's sound great.

Good buy, I'd like one but can't afford it at present. White is nice but i'd be after a helios blue one after owning a coupe quattro in that colour.
