Don't know where's that cap from but i'm tempted to get the R8 cap on my Urs4.

i was going to connect it to a water butt an take my back seats out like you have volcano .........an the oil cap is off a mgf k series engine cut in half and bonded to a stripped down audi filler cap ...

ok a few pictures of mine but as this was over 3 years now since i cleaned it properly it hasnt held up to bad an i have promised myself this year that i will clean it again and its used every day ..


And as for the garden hose its because im trying to work out how to do my catch tank. and as for the selotape thats just to make volcano feel good..

Well it was you that taught me everything i know about cleaning an engine bay in under 10 mins.

is there a 'how to' anywhere for this?

i hate cleaning cars and 10 minutes is about my limit.

mine needs doing badly.

Also just out of interest the fluid in your header tank looks black, I thought that most people run the g12+ which was a pinky colour?

No, i use a ethanol glycol antifreeze/inhibitor and its a nice OEM blue colour . G12+ is probably also very good, but apparantly doesnt mix very well with the earlier G11 -blue. if not flushed through properly it can apparanly gunk up the waterways in your block and rad

i had a stock of the blue stuff, so stuck with that for now.
