I thought you said you loved the S2 but couldnt afford to modify it anymore? modding the S4 wont be exactly cheap.

Just a remap on the S4 will give more power and torque than the S2 had, that will keep me going for a fair while!

Nice purchase mate, glad your pleased with it.

We had a play with a blue MRC stickered car on a un named road once its my mates track prepared 400hp cossy, we were rather shocked to see it still side by side at a undeclared speed, and the NOISE from it

I can't get enough of the sound of this 5 pot though, I haven't even bothered to install a stereo yet I'm enjoying it so much

Did it have black RS4 alloys?

Possibly, it was at night although I don't recall them being black. I've seen the car up the pod a few times, big fmic. This is going back over a year, or maybe 2 but I have seen it more recently when up the pod.

Lovely, gotta love them saloons!!!! Looks like a nice early one too, not many good ones left, the later ones always felt a little too screwed down for me, i had a 2000 model for just over a year, brother had a '98 model which was spot on which felt a lot more lively.
My opinion only but keep the oe wheels on, they were made for that car, leather looks good too, very well chosen.
Keep the piccies coming. Lucky, Lucky #*#*

Well, I had washed and waxed it for last Sunday at Billing, but didnt take any pics, so now its all dirty again due to the rain and lovely weather we've been having!
I did manage to get a shot of the engine bay after a morning spent removing the general grime, I am very pleased with the results

a few airbox mods and cat removal is well worth doing before remap, worth changing dv's and wgfv too as these can get weak with age

Not much to report at the moment, apart from having some 993 brakes lined up, and hopefully some coilovers too if my finances sort themselves out asap!
Swapped the DV's for 710N's (thanks again Aiden) and got an AWE boost gauge to fit sometime this week.
Apart from that, my sub is now fitted, and a mass of wiring removed that is the remnants of 2 handsfree kits!

Ive been playing with photoshop, and am trying to decide on spraying the RS'4s in gunmetal...

They don't look too bad, should make a nice change. Hope your having fun with it and be good when you get the 993's to go behind them. Any news on the stickers?

Might also be worthwhile getting a jumper pack for in the boot

                              LOL well spotted
The rad fan stuck on and it drained the battery
Thankfully was only 10 mins from Aiden's (5 in his car LOL)

Don't bother spraying the RS4's, just buy some MTM Bimoto's, the best looks wheels on the planet!
