The car is back home!
I had to remove the original airfilterbox, and the clima unit. But everything else lookes good.
The exhaust is touching the body somwhere, so I have to go under the car tomorrow and find out more. Pictures are comming tomorrow.
The car will have a new remap on wednesday.

The wagner manifold is OEM style and position, but it will be very tight. The turbo is large. I did not have all silicone parts to make the connection to the airbox at the moment. So that will be a project a bit later in the season. Just needed the car to be running and out of the garage. The car was rebuilt at a garage used by bjoernstad bil, and the have a lot of projects going on. So no more room for mine.1994 RS2 and 06` A4 2.0Tdi S-LineComment

The car have been to the tuner today, and we found out that I have to replace the Downpipe. The original RS2 downpipe are too much of restriction.
At the same time I will install the original airfilterbox and also install a bigger LMM 3,5". This will give a much better remap.
Here are some pictures as it is today. Turbo and manifold:

Here are the problem with the part that tuched the body.

The RS2 are equiped with a strut (blue triangle) that will catch the engine if it breakes loose. When I rebuilt to singlemass flywheel I had to move the engine closer to the firewall. Then the engine tucheds this strut. So problem found, how to solve?1994 RS2 and 06` A4 2.0Tdi S-LineComment

In the end I did not run onto these problems you described.
Must be something with you drive train being positioned further back or something......

I'm having the same issue at low rev pull off. I thought it was the turbo hotside but saw today that the Avant has the same triangles.
Did either of you solve it?Comment
