And so it starts again!

First, a mention to Matt, the car is a brilliant example of an S2, everything tight and working as it should!

Spec at present:

TT calipers with 314mm S8 discs
Homefried
Milltek catback system
Aux rad removed
Air con removed
RS2 water pump and belt
RS2 shocks and springs
Grey leather interior with carbon trim

Future plans are getting some H&R springs ordered next week, 18" alloys (still can't decide which yet LOL) and maybe some Roose boost hoses.
Apart from that, a good clean, clay and wax, then I will start on getting the engine bay nice and clean too.

Turns out it is one of the very last Avants ever built, only 2 months before they stopped production of the S2!

Gave it a quick wash today... excuse the crap pics taken on my phone!
At the weekend it will get the full treatment, and some better pics lol

Looks bloody weird seeing your car on somebody elses drive

Glad you like it mate, hopefully it will give you as many trouble free miles as it has me

Can't drive the s4 at the moment, i was changing the f-hose and snapped a plastic tube, its only an inch long and costs 89p from Audi but its on back order so won't be here til end of next week

Apart from that mate i'm very happy

Shame about the pipe, atleast its only a minor thing though lol

Started a few little bits today, the interior was damn clean as far as I was concerned, but the missus wanted to get the Vax on the carpets.... this pic sums it up!

I changed the rear hangers to the higher setting so the tail pipes dont hang down as much



This afternoon its going to get a full clay and wax, will take some pics after

That colour is gorgeous, especially after the polish!

I made a slightly over exposed HDR pic to try and show how the colour looks in the sun!



The only thing photoshopped in the pic is it being slightly lowered, the colour is AWESOME!

Bloody hell mate looks very nice never seen it so clean, want to swap back

Took the best part of 2 days to get it like that!
Just a good wash, clay, super resin polish, extra gloss protection, and then some Collinite wax.

Just ordered the H&R springs today from ebay.de
