I'm afraid i don't have many spare parts, but it's only down to the generosity and help of other forum members that I have kept my Avant! I hope you can find the energy and motivation to do the same... i know how hard it is with family and priorities.

I do have lots of odd's n sods in terms of engine bay nuts 'n' bolts, old hoses, breather system, PAS pump (with a bit of a leak), a corroded overbore #2 3B block drilled for ABY belt retentioner (except the holes went too deep, and broke into a coolant channel - thanks Corey!) etc etc from the old ABY engine that went bang (thanks again Corey!) if it can be used.

Shouldn't be a problem - Audi quite often seals oilways with accessory bolts. Oil leaks on I5s are quite often caused by loose bolts.

just read through the entire post and i almost couldnt believe my eyes

to do that to a customers car is just unbelieveable!!
i had a bit of trouble with quattronics a couple of years ago, i ordered a set of JE pistons and Scat conrods which never appeared.
i got my money back so was luckier than some.

the guy is absolute lowest of the low, hope he gets whats coming to him!

Your cylinderhead is at my workshop, sort me out some shipping and your welcome to it. I was going to sell it to cover a small portion of the outstanding money he owes me from work, however you are a lot worse of so pm me if you want it returned.

wow....9 pages and i am speechless. David I can't imagine what you are feeling after that and I couldnt even see the photos!

Not a lot of parts on the shelf here but I'll happily dontate anything vaguely useful once the list is up.

What i can say is two things - 1) Words can't describe someone like this and his actions and 2) the pure generosity of this place to ensure someone can attempt to rebuild their car after dealing with Quattronics!

Honestly, am proud and humbled by this place and the members who make it what it is

This actually reminds me of the RC Developments Story although they did make a re apperance.

Going to have to stop reading now as it boils my piss

You should have left up your longer version mate, would have made a good first post read.
