Thought I'd update this thread now the car has an MOT

Car failed, of course, but it didn't need that much doing.
Some pitting on the rear discs, steering rack gaiter split on one side and loose on the other, PAS belt twisted and a little rust hole.

So I spent last weekend doing the work to it (leaving the welding for Jase at the Lion garage - Many thanks ). I had some time left so fitted the rear arch trim that was missing, replaced the door handle trims and junked the chav-tastic door lock pins.
I also gave the seats a once over with interior shampoo, it looked like someone had a bad accident on the passenger seat.

Those S2 seats have been burnt!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the valver, it goes well enough once the revs are up. I think i'm going to enjoy driving this to work every day. The car feels so small and light.
