    hello every body,

im a new member on this forum i have been reading some of your threads there seems to be some very knowledgeable people on this forum, and i really take my hat of to all of you who do all ur own work

As for me I have a great passion for these cars, and love driving them, but unfortunetly when it comes to the mechanical side im quite useless

So im probably gonna be posting a whole load of silly questions just bear with me, but im sure i will learn from the experts.

Don't worry, make use of the search function which will allow you to find previous threads on all aspects of these beasts, otherwise post away, we all ask 'silly' questions from time to time!

      Enjoy,

      David

P.S. Dont forget to post up some pictures of your S2!!!

welcome onto the forum, where abouts are you from?

Like david said the search function is very helpful, also remember you can change the date of posts it searches for so you can broaden your search.

And before you ask the brass nipple on top of the wastegate isnt ment to have a pipe connected. It is there for testing the wastegate diaphargm.

Its a question nearly every newbie asks

Hope you enjoy the foum and that we see you at a meet in the future.

Youre in the right place , thats for sure. My mechanical knowledge is pretty limited but i'm learning. Spend some time reading through old threads and you will pick up so much.
The knowledge available on this forum is simply astounding.

They are a great bunch and always happy to offer great advice however silly your questions seem.

                      Welcome on board Mark

Don't worry about asking silly questions mate... I've been on here for knocking on 2 years and I'm still asking the most silliest questions

But the guys on here are top - and to say that some of them know their stuff is one helluva an understatement.

Now, take one long hard look at your bank balance... cuz it aint gonna remain that big for too long
