In VEMS i have more that 2 weeks of work. But is plug&play in harness of my Coupe Quattro.

Not good

Unfortunately I also have no way to mount the engine. I have the pieces in small boxes for my mechanic to mount the engine. I'm tired with this, I had enough to spend money and do not see any "flower born."

The two weeks spent more 700€ in material in which I am still waiting for him. Thank you Geir, Rosten Performance.

- Hidraulic lifters

- Pins for the flywheel 7A

- New oil pump

- Oil Pan and more some parts...

I explain at my mechanic that i need that assemble pistons, crackshaft..all to i calculate ideal dimension to right CR 8.0:1 at Cometic Company.

dont worry mate,i know that is very depressing and hard,if you dont see any build progress or finish yet,but u know how its sayed "All things come to him who waits " so hold your head high !

Update:

Finally engine was assembled.

Before engine assembled block was washed.



Here with Oil nozzles assembled. All screws were tightened with Locktite.



Crankshaft



Pistons, rods and rings assembled.



ARP2000 bolts





JE pistons have dome of 9cc´s...

After inject liquid i measure 48cc´s.

The problem is that the investment that has its own tool because with instructions and everything is done.

only problem what i see is as you say an investment (money).

Yes, investiment is very high. I think is prefer buy 3B engine of ADU engine and assembled that rebuild complete engine.. But now i can´t back...

I hope make a good hp/nm.
