need to get it mapped and the rev limit raised as its still making power when it hits the rev limiter not bad for a budget 1.8t build with stock 150hp ecu, bigger maf and injectors to keep the ecu happy and 1bar of boost through a garrett t28 rolling road printouts to follow

Nice idea! How did you find the optimum, by regulating the fuel pressure whilst ecu-lambda switched off?

it was an idea worked out by a few clever folk over on audi-sport so i thought i may aswell try it worked out with the bigger maf and c20let injectors that it is 3% richer than standard. ive also got a wideband lambda fitted so could watch what was happening. it does have a rich spot mid range but not really noticeble when driving (other than a smell of petrol) only when on the rolling road..

My last project that I recently sold ...1985 Coupe Quattro - all restored, new original paint, bbs rs, votex spoiler etc...probably the best looking in Norway!
