Hopefully he will have kept the instructions even though it looks like he didn't read them! Think it is only Bilstein that provides their own spring pans due to the circlip.

Delighted for you, forum’s advice wins again.

You might post what they are like compared to the previous springs ?

                  Thanks.

Hello, on my S6 C4 ABT I had original Audi Sport springs from factory when I bought it, now I had mount 29828 H&R springs, the car is lowered of about 30 mm, now is really lowered, as soon as I had time I will post new pictures of it.

I ended up buying these Ace Tyson 9,5x19 ET45.
Clearance sale so the price was right, paid€ 350.
                            Tires Toyo Proxes 245/35.
Seems to fit well, possibly a thin spacer in front for clearece.
                            Or mabye spacers both front/rear

                              Thomas,

Constructive observation, there is sometimes a reason why rims such as these are inexpensive and are in a clearance sale.

I appreciate it is a daily driver and none of us are on unlimited budgets, but it is too nice a car to make it wear those rims, imho.
