Well I got my hands on a RS2 airbox. It's like €120 (filter and front panel behind light not included but I'll get by without them). I guess it'll be the cheapest 5 horsies I'd ever buy huh? If Mihnea's right and I'll get like 5hp from this... Well then I guess I'll just fork up the dough and buy it. BTW - what's the biggest turbo you can fit with the RS2 airbox mounted?

I have in my car 3B airbox. I have wondered is an ABY or RS2 intake bolt on and makes better performance?
And also, I like to hear when i change gear the turbo bybass sound. Just no i can bearly hear that sound but with ABY or RS2 airbox its louder?

If you want to hear the "tssssshh" then put a sport cone filter on, no airbox.

for the turbo sound you need to place a open dumpvalve

Yes i want to hear louder tsssh sound. As for cone filter then i dont want to lose power. Cone will suck hot air and is not as effective as original airbox.
I readed here that RS2 or ABY box will make better sound than 3b airbox and also gains power increase 5-8hp.
Also i have heard that some people have modifaid their airboxes?

With the RS2 airbox, I noticed a lot more induction noise. This you will get used to over time. If you really want to hear a lot of turbo noises, put a side exit exhaust and enjoy!

I can hear turbo well but i need more that "tssssshh" sound in gear change

If you want to hear the "tssssshh" then put a sport cone filter on, no airbox.

Agreed this works best and sounds great IMO, make sure the cone faces forward and in the coolest possible spot and make a heatshield around it.

Experience tells otherwise, install a cone filter and you will instantly get that sound when shifting .
