    thanks

    At the beggining we are "specialists" in old bikes, especially Zündapps
    the older one is a 125 cc Socovel with a Villier (British) engine

    it's a bit rusty, but its from 1949 or so

    AAN and ABY = 054109119H 151 tooth timing belt. (151 Z in Katespeak)
    NM,7A and 3B = 054109119G "toothed belt" 147 teeth (not 151 for the 3B)
    RS2 = 034109119C = 150 teeth according to the photo (not 148 as I previously thought)

    Who took the photo above? I thought I had given credit to the taker in my post but I don't see it today.

    Indeed it's sure the previous owner had treated it against rust, except below the rear bumper.

    My father will try to find something to make a more appropriate tool to assemble it.

    The rubber part of the harmonic balancer isn't damaged at all.

    Water pump as well as the fuel filter are changed.

    Agreed, very little rust on subframes and suspension bits

    Yeah, I was just about to say the same thing! The outside of the harmonic damper (bottom pulley) is bonded to the center with rubber, it's not going to do it any good twisting it with 100 NM let alone 450 NM. It's the center that needs locking.

    I'm actually quite surprised you didn't tare the damper in two doing it that way, I've seen them fall apart on their own.

    Your cars looks to be in great condition underneath
