You will likely damage the harmonic pulley rubber doing it like that. It's best to restrain the central section of the pulley with a locking tool. I'd try a different method putting it back on if you can. Good luck with it.

That extension on the crank bolt socket is going to need a support. It is too long and once you get torquing on the bolt, the whole set up will twist and the socket will slip off the crank bolt. At least support the extension so there are no unnecessary twisting moments (and by moment I mean force x distance).

    Good luck.

Yes, 450NM to do up.... Crank bolt should be OK as long as not damaged, and does back up to the specified torque.

    Check bottom pulley for damage.

Standard fine threads with some "locking paste" installed at 450 Nm (or 350 Nm with the 2079 torque wrench extender) = need for 3/4" breaker bar and socket plus 1.5 m pipe "snipe" over the breaker bar and a good deal of effort = it will come off. DO NOT USE AN IMPACT GUN.

Wow, you guys are amazing, you're really helpful and fast. I've never seen a forum like this, it's really wonderful, thanks !

So the gearbox blocking method isn't working at all (and it's the 1st gear not the 5th gear that you have to use...).

I wondered if we made a tool like the green thing I draw on the image it could ever work? It's not gonna hold it uh ?

The 2084 tool i found is this
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Laser-Cranks...item43afebb7bc
not gonna be of any help

Thanks for the pic Error, now I know what it should louk like.
I think the next option is doing a tool like suggested by K Simmonds.

Everything is disassembled now, this awrse of screw is just waiting to be unscrewed

The correct 2084 locking tool is about 40euro to buy, and easy to make one if you can weld

You could try to get in contact with stragenmitsuko, steve, nick or other Belgium forum members. Surely one of those should be able to help you out. The first one is not on this forum though AFAIK.
