My little wheel project. These RS2/Porsche Cup wheels are so awsome that they desverve better than being white race wheels.
They really needed some TLC!
Got a surprise. Found out that they were Plastidiped, not powder coated!
Citurs cleaner worked well
Some scratches but sanded them down.
Primer and an alternative way of paint covering.
Now they are put away for drying. Looking forward to the result!

Everything must be 100% when first doing this, so got the hold of some Porsche center cups for these wheels.
Painted them in the same grey color.

Nice project / thread, don't like either of your radios though.
Good job / result on the rims.
Stick with S2 front bumper, much nicer than an RS2 bumper !
The RS2 one looks too plasticky and aftermarket.
Just curious, how is the new radiator better than a standard one, assuming the standard one wasn't leaking ? As I say just interested to learn from others experiences / opinions.

I think the RS2 front is awsome - on RS2s, not S2s.
You need the complete kit to pul of the RS2 optic.
You have it the wrong way. The aftermarket has made the RS2 platicy
The bigger the better? No, this is in aluminium so it doesnt crack as fast as these original plastic rads, and my old one was both leaky and had reduced flow.
With this I also can remove the unnecessary little aux radiator which reduse cool airflow to the engine bay.- `95 Audi S2 B4 2,2T Avant

Modified the fastening points and plastic covers for the big radiator, so now is everything sitting where it should be!
Changed the hand brake cable. Tight job, but good to do! Of all my late B4, i think i never have had one where the hand brake works 100% - until now
Also:
- Changed the engine oil with filter
- Lubricated the rear brakes
- Mounted GPS tracker with the ability to do a fuel cut or send me an sms when its leaving a given area (GeoFence).
- Lubricated the gear linkage
- Some TLC was also given to the front brakes- `95 Audi S2 B4 2,2T Avant

Found out that the wastegate pipe was missing some gaskets.
Of course several of the nuts was damage from a former owner, but after a while I manage to get it open.

It`s alive!
Some last things was done and now the car has seen its first sun since january. Very happy with the looks of it!
Here with my daily driver:
After been in a workshop for the last 4 months it had turned grey by dust, so washed it to find some black paint again!
Some engine bay TLC!
Now it is just waiting for me to book a new MOT!

Got to do a little test drive. The amazing sound of a five in line turbo! The car, with its RS2 and Wagner setup it is mapped for 98 unleaded to give 375hp and 500nm of torque! Goes like hell

Good job but put silver lamps or OEM sidelight, please. HAHAHAHA
And, the spoiler stops too much air than it can pass from the bumper to the IC. In fact, I have opened my bumper to cool better the downside of the ADU's IC

The black ellipsoids have grown on me, so they are staying
The only thing I am going to change is reinstating the chrome Audi-rings and put in some "not-so-yellow" bulbs.
The lip is actually to lead the airflow trough the bottom grills. If its good enough for Audi Competition-team, its good enough for me!
