We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Good morning, im aware that this is in the wrong place but am unable to acces the for sale section, if somebody would be so kind as to move this thread over there i would really appreciate it.
Im selling my B4 80 and it will hopefully fund The purchase of an S2 or urs4 in the future.
Many Thanks Dan http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1820135801...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Not bad spec considering its a 1.6. That's possibly the same engine they went on to use in early A4's and Passats, not a bad unit and tons better than the asthmatic 1.8 from similar era.
If I was you mate I'd swap a bog standard steering wheel before selling it because that 3 spoke looks to be in good nick and if the car sells for £350 you'll still have a steering wheel worth £100.

Just depends on who buys it and what they value. And also what it sells for really. As a seller I would care more about what's best for my wallet and I'm not convinced that the steering wheel will add £100 to the final selling price. Just my tuppence though.
I think Kit might still have the 4 spoke steering wheel from my coupe that you could have very cheap if you wanted it. http://www.s2forum.com/forum/member.php?u=6032
If there was a Fagan emoji I'd use it at this point

Hi Dan if your looking to fund a S2 I would just keep hold of your 80 it's in good nick and would be good as a run around as S2s are a bit more expensive to run lol!!!
