Doug, Tom and Mark H all have uprated rods. If you do a search through the projects section and a general forum search you should be able to find more info on uprated rods. Pauters are popular I think.

With EM Vagparts, Audi, GSF? maybe ECP or second hand you should be able to get one. Second hand they are about £350 I think
