I dont get it, what about the gerbox ? only 4 gears ?

Jens use modified 5 gear gearbox, but on dragstrip he use only 4 gears (he have 250km/h on 4 gear after 402 meters).

Indeed, He still uses the 5-speed S4 gearbox (Code something with VX) with some modified internals.

About the intake, he uses individual throttle bodies ? is there a noticeable improvemet ?

Yes, Jens use ITB. ITB balance flow to the cylinders and help to keep AFR on the same (or similar) level. I think that in 1000HP engine it's very important.
