What are the pros and cons with fitting these cams in a 3B, would you lose any low end?

@ Newsh - I'm told that it gives a bit more top end, with a little loss of bottom end torque. You'll need a custom re-map to get the full benefits out of them though, according to Mihnea.

After talking to Doug, I'll only be fitting the exhaust cam to mine. Inlet won't really do me any favours, more lag, less low down torque and only a couple of BHP up the rev range, not worth it for me

**** - missed this one...

IIRC a bigger turbo is needed to realise the gains from the higher lifting 7A inlet cam.

MarkH - what are you up to now son ??? You have a perfectly good ABY engine in your motor, a spare one to play with and now you have a 7A. Its just not cricket !
