I know that a green one on the trader went up for about £9k(ish). It had the full works though - including leccy seats

Steve, no doubt what-so-ever that, [decent] alloys aside, standard cars are/should be worth more!

On second thoughts - I guess a car is only worth what an individual buyer is prepared to pay for it! Some want mods... some don't!

I know exactly where you are coming from. That is the main reason why mine is pretty much standard. If I ever do have to sell it I hope to be to sell it fairly easily and for reasonable money....

If it is Metallic Dark blue, I doubt it is Amethyst Pearl. Amethyst Pearl is more of a Dark Purple with a grey metallic element....

I know when i was looking for an S2 i was after a standard one so that i knew it hadnt been tampered with etc that way i know that anything different on the car will be done properly, because as we all know, some people cut corners or do things on the cheap etc.

Having come back from holiday I found out that the guy who is selling the S2 eneded up getting only £4k for it from a dealer.

Waht a shame for him and what bargain for someone else, sadly not on this forum

Probably true. People are bound to choose a 3B over an ABY, and that's going to make the price of ABYs fall.
