Why such high temperatures? EGT are typically limited to around 900C, although that's intended to protect catalytic converters, perhaps you aren't running one.

        Hi,
        Sorry, it is SOLD.
It was built from a regular mild steel, EN S235

For temperatures above 1000°C you need stuff like:
        W 1.4845 up to 1090°C (price per m ~80eur)
        W 1.4841 up to 1140°C (price per m ~100eur)
        W 1.4958 up to 1100°C (price per m ~300eur)
        W 2.4851 up to 1200°C (price per m ~450eur)

..it's not intended to go on a road car, but it's for track use on my racecar.. and I had a temperature issue with normal steel..

..did you buy the flange somwhere or you had it designed and cut to specs?
.. I will try to get someone to buid one for me, and the flange would be a good starting point!
