What power is this good for?

A 2.0l saab done 500hp on it. I think high 400 with good spoool ,has 8 housing and is bullet proof turbo genuine holset parts used in building the turbo.

Here in finland done 512hp 1.8T and 533hp 2.2T. My friend did 575hp with an other wise similar hx35 #8 but with 60mm turbine exducer.
