Can you hear the fuel pump running with the jumper in?

Even if the pump runs with the jumper in it just proves the pump works ok, it won’t start because the FP relay feeds the ECU with a voltage to allow the car to start. The ECU has to see the crank sensor and the cam sensor at the correct timing to pull the FP relay in.

There you go, it has an extra output.
So to fully bypass it you need to jumper pin 30 to 87 plus 87a
See if it fires up like that.
If not you’re probably looking for a bad crank or cam sensor, or the timing has slipped (n)
