Set of five genuine Bosch Green Giant 440 injectors in excellent condition.

Just gotten these back from Will at VRS he cleaned and reconditioned these for me so they are like new. However I don't need them anymore as their not ideal for 1.8T conversions and my RS2 is happy as it is.

New O-rings and screens as well as ultrasonic cleaned. These are ideal for RS2 turbo set ups as well as any turbo that's going to produce upto 450bhp. So also suitable for K26/7 hybrid's.

I can supply a 4 bar FPR for 3B set ups.

£250 to a mainland UK addressed including special delivery.

These would work great with the K24 4000 I'm currently building, will also have a freshly reconditioned, ready to go, RS2 K24 7200 available soon.

These flow a bit more fuel than RS2 injectors.

Would I need to remap these to my system then or could I just fit them

You could just fit them but the car would be pig rich, you need a remap to do it properly. For some perspective RS2 injectors are 360ccm @ 3 bar these are 440ccm. With a wideband meter and adjustable FPR you could run them on RS2 software but that kind of defeats the object....

Beside's I forgot to say a chap PM'd me a couple of days ago regarding them, however he's not been back on here since so for the time being they're sold but you have second shout.

I'm under the impression that 440 software gives a touch more top end as the RS2 injectors are pretty much maxxed out 380bhp.

Did you find out who wrote that mental 3B software I was running? I can't recall what VCDS said it was.

My car was live mapped by Mark at Automark with RS2 injectors hybrid turbo RS2 EM goes lovely so wouldn't want to fit anything that might affect it too much but as we all know a big spares box is a must

I ended up buying these back to potentially use in a 1.8T but no longer require them as my plans have changed quite radically so they're for sale once more, plus they're not really ideal for those engines.

Same price again, £250 posted within the UK and I will send them pretty much anywhere at the buyers expense, cost's vary drastically from country to country and there's also the potential for them to get import taxed. However I will send them marked as a gift to members who have been on here for while to help try avoid extra fee's.
