I have decided to sell my car due to a new job which means more travelling & I would like to get saving to buy either RS2 or a modified S4.

Bad points
*Currently the cars boost drops back to 5PSI when driving. (Happens about 1 in 4 times) And I haven't had time to look into.
*Front bumper is damaged can be repaired but same as above no time.

Any idea what the boost leak problem is?? I'm interested but don't waht to buy something then have to spend the same amount again trying to fix a problem.
I'm genuinely interested.

Hiya

I personnally think the boost leak is to do with the WGFV, I think it needs a new one.

Since I have left the car sat on my drive, the problem that I got with the boost being 5 PSI is constant. I have heard of the WGFV can get stuck and i'm presume thats what it is.

The only other thing I haven't changed is the MAF sensor which I presume could effect it.

If I don't end selling the car I will try and fix the boost problem myself because obviously this can put buyers of, but then again this is why the car is going cheap.

At the moment I'm holding the car for Jay, & I also have two others in line.
