Can you specify what bell and disc you use in this setup?
ex;
*Rs4 calipper
*Rs4 brakedisc
*phaeton bell
etc
etc
Also, have you run into any snag on your setup? (uneven worn disc, loose bolts etc etc)
I may need one a pair of these
Cheers,

Sure mate. =)
RS4-b7 calipers
RS4-b7 rotors
WV Phaeton W12 centers for the discs
NEO Brake Caliper.
I haven't actually fitted the brakes yet.
I don't want to put those ginormous brakes up at front and have the originals at the rear. So waiting for my thumb to fall out of my *** so I can finish the rear set up.

If you need a set, just say the word. =)
Cheers man and "glad midsommar". =)

Time for a new bump. I might also have my front calipers up for sale later this year. Or if those don't go up for sale I might sell my new babies I just happened to buy. =) Audi Ceramic branded calipers with 380mm MTM discs.
Don't know which ones to use. Will have to go up to 19" with the 380 ones. Hmmm...
Teaser image of my new front brakes attached. Will also have brackets for sale for those if the ones I already have doesn't fit. =)
But for now, caliper brackets for sale! Come and buy!

I did have a professional machining company make my own 7075 Aluminium type calipers brackets design for my GT3 setup with 360mm discs, and spend hours of measuring, prototyping and I payed gladly for non-usable samples and traveling up and down. I just wanted to have it made. I don't need to earn back my investment by getting it sold to a larger audience.
Mine were made for myself and my friend Nero and not the intention of making money from it. They costed me 130 Euro to get them made (just 1 final set), and although your brackets look nice I think the 275 Euro is a bit overpiced.
Is that material and labour really so expensive in Sweden?Comment

Hmm... Then you got a really good price for em. I pay 220EUR for then myself so i'm not exactly getting rich here. I'm not trying to fool the money out of someone, I don't really need the small ammount of money I make of this. I see it more like a community service, I have brackets that work for the calipers and I just want to be friendly and sell them so others don't have to go through the prototyping hell I went through. But I'm nit forcing these on anyone, if younhave a friend with a 5 axis CNC youncan prolly get away cheeper.
But sure. Hey... Okay... New price, 250EUR. If I go lower it's not worth the hussle for me.

Hi NEO. I am not trying to force you to lower your price, however I was sceptical on the price because of my own experience. Maybe I was just lucky with the low machining cost for my brackets! Everyone is free to set a price they think it worth off course. 250 Euro sounds always better off courseHmm... Then you got a really good price for em. I respect your work to make it possible for other forum members to be able to fit these great big brakes. Keep up the good work!

Deal of the day! Buy the brackets with the 6pot ceramic calipers and the MTM 380mm discs. No brake pads!
Pics of the setup here:
So it includes:
2 x "ceramic" calipers
2 x 380mm MTM-discs (steel! NOT ceramic)
2 x brackets for fitting it on S2/RS2
1800 EUR + shipping. Only valid for the day... Might have a new setup on the way with ceramic discs. So if someone wants to buy this set up, now you have your chance. =)
The calipers are brand new but have a few dents from storage and unsmooth handling.
The discs are in VERY good condition and no cracks around the drills.
If you think this is to expensive, come with an offer. I reserve the right to end this sell before the end of the day if my other deal doesn't come through.Last edited by NEO; 8 November 2009, 08:07./NEO - I have a sexual thing for big brakes.

Good question. the original plan was to use ceramic discs and pad. But they looked like this when I got them: http://temp.irry.com/neo/audi/vwceramic/IMG_0316_2.jpg
And that turned in to a legal matter that will go to court. =/ Lost a bit of money there. =(
And just this week I talked with Pagid and we had this conversation:
So I dunno man. Might be ****ed. =/ And the 8pots I had I lost in the deal with the ceramic calipers. So back to square 1?Code:Hi Henrik, This brake pad, WVA 24129 is not available to the after-market. This brake pad is only available through the OE side. Hmm... You have any idea why this is the case? I mean the calipers is of the same material and so as other calipers so the only thing that would differ is the shape and size of the pads? Right? And there's no other pads with the shape like the P40 ones? =/ Cheers /Henrik On 2010-01-05 14:21, Patrick Natorp wrote: > > Hi Henrik, > > > > Per product management in Germany these calipers are set-up to for brake > > pads with P40 material which is only to be used with a Ceramic set-up and > > not for steel rotors. > > > > Kind regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen
