After much consideration - and soul searching - here's a few bits that I have been collecting over the years towards a monster build of some sort. I can't see it coming off in a long time, so have figured to let this stuff go now so I can fund other more mundane projets on the cars.
3B ECU - £200 in stock trim - ask me for a bargain/bundle with a homefry on that
RS2 Turbo - £450... Fully refurbished professionally then a small crack was detected in hotside - very common - nothing unusual really but I have not tried this turbo. I can post up photos later. SOLD 17th Aug
RS2 Injectors - £200 - Set of five boxed, never used. Perfect. SOLD - 17th Aug
Carsten reverse inlet manifold - £600 - been bubble wrapped in a box for too long. Never used. Condition as new. This is a considerable saving on new pricing from this mighty piece of work from Herr Wagner. UPDATE - 18th August - I can drop to £550 on this inclusive of postage in UK... bear in mind current new price is 780 Euro plus shipping. UPDATE - 26th August - Now provisionally SOLD.
S2 Steering wheel - £75 - condition OK - could use a new little badge. There is one tiny nick in the leather - but not enough to be noticeable IMHO. Non airbag, classic 3-spoke... Will fit UrS4/S6 as well - hence I have left the badge alone. UPDATE - Dropping to £60 now - roll up !
S2 Exhaust Manifold - probably cracked - suitable for conversion onto Golf maybe. Say £20 on that. SOLD - Provisionally.
7A inlet camshaft - £50 - good condition
UrS6 rear caliper carriers - painted silver and in fine condition. Suitable for 269x20mm rear brake conversion. £20 the pair. SOLD - 16th August.
Auxiliary Radiator - this saw maybe 3000 miles service on my car before I removed it. Say £30 ? UPDATE 26th August- SOLD.
Headlights from B4 Saloon - NOT S2 or V6 - these are the 2 piece lights and indicators. Say £25 the pair. Condition OK. No cracks or chips.
I also have a forged wishbone - brand new - RIGHT hand side - complete with factory bushes. Never used. Say £80 for that.
Only other item I can think of is a front subframe from 3B engined S2 that I am cleaning up. It is in good health, but needs prepped and painted. Price on that will be determined by how much more time and energy goes into it really.
