complete with all brackets etc, the bag came with it but the hitch does not fully fit in so it is not the correct bag £25 collection only. provisionally sold 17092009019.jpg17092009026.jpg
could you take a pic without the towhitch fitted please
its been removed from the car now, the bumper needs a bit triming off the underside where the hitch goes in, the bit where the hitch goes in is slightly higher up than the lowest part of the bumper so you cant see it, I did'nt even notice it had a towbar fitted till the guy gave me the bag with the hitch in!

If it fits an S2 coupe (quattro) I'll take it.... 2wd coupe and 4wd coupe tow bars are different...

I'll join the queue and can also collect !!
I actually have the same bar on my car but the detachable bit wasn't with it when I got it. I only really need that bit but would take the complete unit - maybe I could just borrow the swan neck from mr GT500 if he gets it for the very odd occasion I'm ever likely to pull anything with the S2
Boys, boys, boys..... who said I couldn't collect it...?

Does any of you have one of these still don't mind if the neck is missing. I work at Tow-Trust towbars as the designer my plan is to make a brand new one for my car obviously with a modern detachable mechanism.

I have one on my Coupe which is at Quattro Coachworks in Luton at for paint. The bumpers will be coming off the car and I have no problem with you borrowing the tow bar or going to see it and taking measurements. It’s an original Audi “hidden” towbar with removable hitch just like the one at the top of this thread.
The hitch is here with me and not with the car.
Borrowing it would be the most ideal and getting it back to work. I would need the neck to see the exit point and length and height to pair up with a new neck. Would nice to see the installation on the car too. Do you have any pictures of it fitted? How long is it off the car for?

Let me find out and I’ll get back to you.
If I can manage to arrange it, would you be able to collect from Luton?
