I hope he gets the price for it as then we may be seeing a change in prices....
At least for low milage mint cars
But I doubt it without leather & he don't mention if it has aircon....
Dont you just love statements like these;
>>with full VAG history and all old M.O.Ts
>>the car has just recieved a major service at a "specialist garage" including new MOT.
WTF!!!
All it needs is your black mats with red stripes and it'll be sweet - LOL
I reckon that cricket green is lovely - the darker greens sure are more subtle, but they are borderline boring as so many came to UK in Emerald green. Its nice to be different I think. That cricket green, kingfisher blue, and byzance/purple are my fave factory colours. Must be a midlife crisis thing
Can Someone explain to me why you would spend over a Grand on a NON std colour With Factory Extra Sunroof and then FORGET to order the 2 things that would actually ADD value to the car i.e. Leather & Air Con....
Might have been a car for the 'wife' and she loved that colour, so he forked out for the colour but held back on a/c and leather. She didnt like leather anyway as it burned her legs in the summer.
Shock - its a 'womans car' - that'll devalue it...
In all seriousness...
1 - I like the colour
2 - leather seats look nice are easier to clean but are kak when driving fast
3 - aircon just adds weight and how many UK days do you *really* need it anyway... and the manual version is a bit pants anyway
If the guy only had one grand to spend on options - then I can see how he/she made those choices. Thank goodness some brave souls bought them in lifestyle colours to brighten things up. If and its a big IF I ever got my 'green' car resprayed (proper glass out job) - I'd be seriously thinking about Cricket Green.

he he
She should have stuck 'em out the window then.... Cream Leather seats don't show "Batter Stains"
