I too would have ordered Orange - just for the wow factor... When you realise that I am a person that drove a Canary Yellow Mustang for 3yrs in the states you will see I am not shy of bold colours on a car (nor am I ghey by the whey or fond of designers labels and such shyte).

Just looking at that dodgy colour chart posted by Mark - that pearl magenta (which alleges to be Cabrio only) - maybe I am confusing it with byzance (which I've never seen in the flesh)... All I remember was a gorgeous Coupe at GTi one year in purple - it was stunning. It deifinitely wasn't ruby red. Pretty sure the owner was on Audifans... I'll have to dig out some old pics. Is Byzance one of those funky colours that looks more purple in direct sunlight ?

There she is... found it - from GTi International 2002 - one of the 1st ever gatherings of the founder members of the S2 Forum. Myself, Dave, Jim, Ben (not that one) and some other bloke whose name completely escapes me.

Anyway - back to the tenuous plot - I go back to my original belief this is Byzance and that the pearl magenta (aka metallic pink) was best reserved for the Barbie edition Cabrio.

Anybody own this S2 in the pics - twas a beaut then and the wheels set it off a treat too.

thats a nice orange s2 i have seen a photo on here of one at a get together in holland its the only one i have ever seen. I didnt even know you could get them in that colour it would be interesting to know how much a 95 n reg orange s2 could be worth ha ha
