Hi, no 3B ones here but the ABY is identical other than the OD being 25mm not 22mm. Many have mixed and matches over the years, so should be OK...

The one I recently bought is;

Hose end : 24mm Dia.
Block end : 22mm Dia.

Is that correct for an ABY Andy as I was going to fit it this week?

Yes, that's the ABY item

The 3B is approx 21mm at the hose end.

Fitting a 3B one on an ABY/AAN/ADU is absolutely fine.
