Propably(?) these are manufacured in China like all others also. But they do custom work and special sizes there, by drawings, if you order a amound big enough.

I am well aware of what is needed to manufacture rods in China....
If it was not for guys like me a 144/20mm H-beam rod would not exist.

If the rods are being FORGED and MACHINED in CHINA (which based on the sample images they are) then that is a big no no. Good luck.

What makes you say that? There a loads of people using H-beam rods that probably came from China and I'm not aware of any failures.

Loads of people running forged blanks that are either machined in California (SCAT) or machined in other locations not China.

Eagle / Toda & Eurospec units are machined in China and the tolerances on the wrist pin and big end are a joke. 1 in every 10 pieces I see need to be put back on the mill.

WHERE are the rods CNC machined? If they are machined in China then you should disclose that you actually are not doing anything other than being a middle man for a product you know nothing about.

Eagle / Toda & Eurospec machined in China, so? Thousands of cars with big powered engines runs with out any problem.
144 155 159 rods my not custom so and price only 400eur. per set.
Everyone have standart dimension rods, but try to order some strange dimension rods one set and you will see, that no one wants to make whem or price will be cosmic.
Custom i mean your individual dimension: as example made for 4.2 V8 rods cc152mm witch are cc154mm originaly, to allow use standart pistons for turbo aplications.
Or other one S2 rods dimension cc166mm this was used in destroker engine, 2.5 diesel block and standart AAN crank.

Our pistons are manufactured from extruded high silicon, enhanced 4032 alloy (with additional Cu, Ni & Mg) that has low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance and higher thermal conductivity.
Several heat treatments provide the piston with a high tensile strength and evenly distributed hardness. The pistons are submitted to several machining steps in specially designed machines and in conventional CNC. machines with special diamond tools for dimensional precision, perpendicularity and flatness of the ring grooves. Contact reduction grooves are standard. Honed & reamed pin bores for precise fit.
Wrist pins are constructed of cold extruded chrome moly steel for high strength to be used with wire clip locks.
Phosphate coating is applied to protect the rings against "micro welding" and enhance lubrication on the skirt/cylinder area.
Piston Rings are manufactured in Japan with the latest technology for high performance applications.
