At first we making drawings on customer request. When rods ready for manufacturing.
Rods are made from chrome moly steel 4340 forged blanks. Two piece forging for maximum strength, also rods are with pressed bronze bushes, have two oiling holes drilled with some special angle.
Surface is shot peened and CNC maschined. Very good quality. Tested in life 750hp 850Nm. Works perfeck.

Can you do a special price for 2 sets eg 10 rods 155 mm long? Can you supply pistons that are good for low oil use, eg daily driving. Thanks

Actual images of your shop doing the CNC machining or are they done in the Shanghai plant?Not to offend you in anyway but you are not or you did not Engineer those connecting rods. The neck dimensions, the wrist pin bushing size and the other key features tell me this.

Propably(?) these are manufacured in China like all others also. But they do custom work and special sizes there, by drawings, if you order a amound big enough.
