Hi John, the fuel filter is circled in the pic below. I'm hoping there is a sensor screwed into the underside of it with wires and a plug. I think diesel will pour out the bottom when you remove it. Many thanks, I'll certainly give you more than the postage if you have it.

If there is time before the car goes to the breakers then it can be removed but I will have to pay someone to do this. How much are you offering for the engine?

Right chaps! Here are the requests in the order that I received them!

Handy Andy - Rear interior light switch - ok, smoke damaged but works, PM address.
Colm - fuel pump - may stay with the engine - I'll let you know.
RJ Scotty / RE2500 - Brake servo - Sorry dudes, there's no way I'm going under that dash with all the melted plastic and wire, it stinks and makes me feel very dodgy.
Audicted - Front licence plate holder - I have the whole bumper here, can't get the plate holder off and in danger of breaking something, not sure what to do as the bumper is perfect otherwise, do you have a technique?
80 Quattro - central locking pump - not present, spent a while looking and realised the connectors and pipework were there but no pump, sorry dude.
Bikerjim - centre rear lights and turbo - I've removed the whole tailgate for my avant, I'll let you have the lights when I strip it for painting, turbo staying with the engine at the mo.
Bikerjim - Fuel filter sensor - this car does not have one of these!
Slacky - I've got the driver's side red rear indicator with some slight cracking. PM address if you still want it. Pass side broken.
Marathontom - Injectors, pump, maf - injectors and pump staying with engine at the mo. I have the MAF, PM address.
Quattro Dave - speakers - rear speakers are broken, sorry.
Bikerjim - Fuel filter sensor - this car does not have one of these!
Bowie 69 - Headlamp motor driver's side - PM address
