  • New S2/RS2 engine harnesses

    Hello!
    Usually people ask me to create wiring harnesses or to do complete wiring of a car for race purproses using vems, motec and other standalone ECUs. This includes creating a VEMS ecu for the specific application and tuning it as well. A lot of people are using OEM ECUs and OEM wiring harnesses which are usually really old and most of the wires are oxidized, the solders are cracked, the insulations are hardened or cracked or they are completely gone. In some cases people try to fix this but due to the lack of proper knowledge about wiring, they are doing more bad than good.
    For an ECU it is mandatory to have proper signal from the sensors and to drive the solenoids, coils, etc. properly. A damaged wiring harness can make your life miserable by creating intermittent issues with the car, or at the worst case can damage the ECU or the engine itself.
    In a tuned or even a stock car it is really important to have proper wiring just as it is important to have proper rods, pistons or a proper head gasket
    In the near future I am going to be offering complete wiring harnesses for 20VT engines. I think there is a demand for these because I did not see a lot of wiring harnesses that are in an actual good condition and even if you can find one, the price of those are insane, even if they are damaged already. Currently there are preparation for mass producing these harnesses.


    Some words about the starting price
    Copy of the original Motronic loom 600EUR
    Standard VEMS loom with new relay panel and fuse board 550EUR
    99% Plug and play VEMS KIT: VEMS v3.8 ECU, WBO sensor, 400kPa map sensor,IAT,CLT sensor, engine harness with relay+fuse board,(LCD display+65EUR, EGT sensor+75EUR) 1350EUR

    Custom length and other extra wishes:

    TFSI coil connection(except 3B ECU) + 60EUR
    EV14 injector connector + 10EUR
    AAN, 3B/ABY/ADU(reversed) intake manifold - free
    custom length wires for Intake air temp, Idle air control valve...etc -free
    New, custom made relaypanel and fuse board with quick connecting (only motronic) +100EUR
    Auxilary wires (oil pressure signal and switches, water temp signal and switches, alternator signal, starter motor switch, electric water pump....etc etc)+20EUR (the motronic harness is including this)
    Twisted shielded motorsport loom making of teflon wire. +250EUR for VEMS and +300EUR for Motronic.

    In this month will be ready a VEMS loom for S2. I will take a photo about that.
    I am going to start the mass producing on february. If you would you can order a loom until then.

      Can you do the oem loom in both left and right hand drive ?

          Yes. Now i can make only for lhd but If you could send me a sample for rhd i can make a new.

                    Yes I have had one for about 8 years. I stripped it 6 years ago and it's basically a stripped painted she'll. I am just starting to fit a role cage and have s2 running gear to fit. Lots of work to do. It's hard to get motivated. ....

                            He is making me a new LHD S2 harness. Its in the final stage (as i heard) I suppose to have it next week
                            I can make a few pictures and post them.
                            Im sure the quality will be excellent, as always.
