New drills are necesary in the firewall to make it fit?

on S4 C4 chacy it was almost plug n play !
how much bolts hold stock S2 brake cilinder on firewall ?

now I went to take a look how it's look stock brake booster on audi 80 .. it have 4 bolts .. so it is the same like on C4 .. it is plug n play.. only in this conversation only 2 bolts will hold it.. not 4 .
if 2 bolts are enough for audi S8 , than it will be fine for audi S2 !

The PS pump on the s2 is 100bar I think, and on the c4 is 120bar. Not sure what that will do to the rack.

it will do nothing if you will use bigger pulley..
now I went to take a mesures;
diagonal betwen 2 bolts wich hold brake booster on firewall is 10cm
maximum diameter of bosster is 23cm
and maximum leinght with cilinder and oil resevoar is 25cm from firewall

now you can take a mesures and calculate if you can put it on S2 chacy !

How does this Works on a S2. Witch Mod's are nessessary to fit it?

Pulley size doesn't determine the pressure, it's the relief valve.

Interesting. Wouldn't a vacume system from a car like a tdi or v6 petrol engine also just bolt up? Is it the pump that's special?

the stock UrS brake servo is 4 bolts mounting on the firewall pattern,whilst the A8/S8 D2 is 2bolts diagonal pattern.i remember i have seen this done on C4 chassis w/o any mods on the firewall required.this's the perfect upgrade for the bomb.i'm going to have mine on this route in the one day if the bomb is gone.i had the single diaphragm booster from A6 C4 on UrS but the pedal is way too stiff.The dual diaphragm one is day and night result since i had my old W124 with dual diaphragm booster from W140 s-class.the assisted on the pedal is 2-3X huge improving.
