The pistons in 17Z above are OEM Brembo pistons. I have never researched what are they made of. All of them are perfect condition never been burned.
All the seals in this caliper will be brand new.
Ok, ive heard on the Norwegian Audi forum, that aluminium pistons transfer more heat to the brakefluid than stainless steel does. He got a problem with boiling brakefluid. He changed the pistons to stainless steel and the problem got away.
Ok that should work ok. I want the URQ running by March so I can wait till then at the latest. If your brake parts are as good as the suspension parts you sold me they will be worth the wait!
