Got all necessary parts be ready for a setup.

Sorry, e-brake calipers would be too much hassle for the price. They would also not be optimal on a everyday user, as they would need maintenance quite often and there is no auto adjustement to compencate pad and disc wear.

I maybe could think of an DIY kit with all the parts needed, but then the buyer has to put them together(would need some tiny tig welding). Here is a pic where you can see the build:
