320 is the absolute max on the ABY injectors & FPR. A good rule of thumb is to equate the stated cc/min flow (at the appropriate rail pressure) as max bhp from any given injector.

Its not deadly accurate - just a good rule of thumb...

Yeh, the stud has snapped and he can't remove the EM from the car IIRC.

Sorry chaps, the turbo and injectors are sold. The car is sold too with the RS2 EM still installed.

I don't know how easy it is to install the RS2 EM in an S2, but it's a bit of a job installing it on an AAN as there isn't much room to fit a spanner on a couple of the nuts, I had to saw one of my spanners up in order to get tighten the two difficult nuts. The same modified spanner proved useless when attempting to undo the nuts, so I had to leave it on.

The snapped stud was on the turbo oil return, I drilled it out successfully and replaced it with a caphead..

              hello, guys
I live in US and was wondering if jasonS you would be willing to ship the turbo here in US. I have installed 3B engine in 93 Audi 90, and sort of making my own home built S2. I am looking for RS2 turbo to upgrade and here they are very hard to come by. If you are willing to ship here i am interested.

Also just question in generat for who ever may help, right now i have installed
TO4E-60 turbo on my car and have hard time finding anyone to help me with chip. I have bought 440cc injectors and chip from dahlback (370 bhp) and car doesn not run good at all. It maybe has 250 HP, but dahlback distributors in US TJM motorsport. are telling me that is my turbo. They suggest me to get RS2 turbo and that it will work. Other mods that i have is verly large front mount intercooler (Larger than RS2) and 3" turbo back exhaust. Do you guys think that this turbo that i got now is realy a problem? Because i see that you guys are using T04e turbos and seem to thing that work fine.
                please help!!

Custom mapping will be needed for that T04E turbo. They are a good turbo, but not a bolt on replacement for an RS2 application.

                    Thanks Palul for reply,
I do realize that i it is not direct replacement for RS2, but do you have think that with proper chip this turbo should work fine. And another thing, before i made engine transplant to Audi 90, i bought chip here in US for my audi 200 that engine was in originaly, and it was 270 Hp chip. That is what i am currently running with all this extra stuff I added during transplant, and last time i went to track I ran 13.6s at 101 mph, runing at 1.3 Bar which is not bad but i feel that i am not using my mods fully. I think that if you can get close to 400hp with RS2 turbo this one should do same if not even better.

You are totally wasting your time trying this chip, that chip and some other chip to get your car going well. You NEED to get it custom tuned.

Either with someone like Mihnea working his magic on the Motronic ECU, OR you take the time and fit an aftermarket ECU that comes with its own mapping software. Things like 034EFI, Motec and others come to mind.
