S: Tommis Billet crank pulley (used for 1000km)

So I have an almost brand new Tommis BIllet crank pulley for sale.

It has been on my car for 1000 km.

I'm changing it because I became aware that it will change timing slightly and needs adjustable cam gears.

but it is compatible with ajustable cam gear not? i dont undestant maybe(my english is bad), it change the timming?
its tecnical ask if disturb the sale i can delete.

The toothing is a little on the crank pulley meaning that the timing belt will be ½-1 tooth off.
