That would be a catchtank.The pipe at the bottom going to the fuelpump under the car(i see he used an inline filter) and the 3 at the top would be the closest one to the camera is return to the tank whilst the other 2 would be feed from the std fuelpump to the pot,and the other the return from the injector rail.Ive used a similar set-up on the rotary.Mine just runs 2 Bosch pumps at the bottom.
