Looks like it's modding season again! Seems there's a few of us who's collections have finally got completed... one thing, while you're changing all those parts are you going to uprate the conrods? It would suck to have to map conservatively after so much work and £££... I'm doing pretty much the same setup except I'm changing the rods, means I can get 600NM out of the RS2 setup, rather than being conservative.

List looks pretty good to me then! Unless you end up in my shoes and require a rebore + oversize pistons... still trying to convince myself its worth it for the extra few cc's

There is of course head bolts, lots of other bolts, washers, belts, gaskets etc that really add up quick! Trust me my vagparts "random bits" bill broke a handful of centuries

An uprated fuel pump (I use Bosch 044 which seems popular) and a 7A or RS2 Exhaust cam may be recommended too... other than that, your list seems very thorough and complete! Bring on the 380bhp club

Fuel pump is a must IMO Bosch 044 and a 7A/RS2 Cam.

Dont see any handling upgrades though unless you have them already?

Personally I would'nt bother with the standard head bolts, much better to use the ARP head studs and it makes it easier to assemble the head and they can be reused infinitely.

You are assuming it is a Coupe? It will be a Neuspeed item if it's an Avant.

i'd be tempted to invest in a different front entry inlet manifold. too will stand you in good stead for future power increases. I'm sure corey could sort you out with a price on the 034motorsport version
