        this is not true prosty.
not the vems the only one. vems the cheapest.
there is intake air temp compensation, lambda compensation, fuel temp compensation
        and lot more.
vems is made for very low cost projects.(i dont want to hurt anyone)

aronmatic: ok yes I know vems is a little "budget" , but since my friend is one of the developers in sweden, I'd get full service from him. But I want to drive 10 secs on the dragstrip with stock motronic

Standalone is good, but I'm not sure how it would work in the wintertime.

I may have got holf of a fully prepared head now with really mean cams. I just have to check my finances.

Do not confuse price for quality. VEMS has quite a few options.

Half of these aftermarket ECU's are to complex for thier own good.

The 034 kit though looks the very good, just very pricey.

I want you to know that you hurt my feelings with this statement.

I know that VEMS one of the cheapest options are but i think it is good enough for every project. Why go to something more expensive when all you need you get it with less?

the first thing is not user freindly. this is not motorsport language.
vems using computer language. dont want make list, but few thing:
we used 1000cc high impedance injectors. it cant handle.
the technical support man put a resistance but after that, the injector pulse time not was real.
killed the low impedance injectors few times, coud not handle.
there was ignition problems on high rpm.
there was lot more thing but i dont remember now.
it was a year ago. maybe now is much differente.

                            £450 to fix the head.
Not "THAT" bad. Considering I've spent almost £1500 on it. Just going to sell all my spare parts, and my soul! And maybe I'll have the car running in a month.

The piston went all the way up when turning the engine. So I "think" it's ok. But I'll take the engine apart to check it out. But verdi rods rarely bends. I have to remove the oil pan anyway So I guess I'll find out then, but no metal in the oil anyway.
