Bo are the 2 turbosmarts actually needed? What amount of hp are you going to be runnning?

It clears the rear driveshaft fine, no knocking yet. They did flatten the underside of the pipe slightly though to prevent from knocking.

No the tww turbosmart valves are not needed, i just fitted them both because i had them going spare.
Ill be running about 2.0bar boost.

Fitted new spacers yesterday, the new tyres were rubbing on the track rod ends and that was with 5mm spacers.

Also braced up the pressure mounted MAF so it doesn't slip off the hose under boost.

How much did that pipe cost to make Bo?

Well, i had to have it changed about 3 times because i was lazy and didn't measure anything properly. It ended up costing about £30 inc the steel but could have been more like £15 if i had done it right the first time round..

Why use 2 dv ?

Ill take some measurements next time it comes off Jamo.

Im using two DVs because i had a couple left kicking around and thought 1 might not be enough. Better safe then sorry as they say.

Maf has gone on the pressure side for better throttle response, in hindsight however it was not worth it as the pipework and getting it fitted in was a PITA!

Its not plugged in yet, I woant run it like that till tomorrow when it gets remapped.
