That doesn't look like ceramic to me.

This is an Audi ceramic.

Well, go and measure your Alcons then.

Disc 370mm (with hat) - 9.4 kg

GT3 ceramic 6 pot caliper - 3.65 kg
Audi RS4 380mm ceramic disc with hat - 7.7 kg

The brakes are not ceramic.. Its Gt3 caliper and 365mm RS6 rotors
